Alumnae Webmaster / Project Manager - Bryn Mawr

We are seeking a creative individual who can envision appropriate uses of emerging web technologies, maintain standards-compliant websites and coordinate the implementation of new initiatives for our Alumnae Association and Resources (Development) offices.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding and appreciation of current technologies and stay abreast of opportunities created by those technologies to strengthen ties between the College and alumnae, parents, and friends.
Responsibilities include maintaining web presences for the Alumnae Association and Resources Offices and managing the implementation of strategic initiatives that involve colleagues and/or vendors. This position reports to the Head of Administrative Information Systems and serves as a member of a college-wide Web Steering Group and an interdepartmental web strategy leadership team.
Required: A Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of three-five years of professional experience that has resulted in the following skills:
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving different constituencies, including negotiating goals and implementing new processes.
* A passion for learning about and implementing emerging technologies.
* Good to excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern web development techniques. Fluency with Adobe Acrobat, Contribute, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, podcasting and social networking tools. Experience with Flash or willingness to learn.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
