Director of Tiger Services (Helpdesk) Center / ID-One Card Coordinator

This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising activities of the DePauw Tiger Services Center, including the
Information Technology (IT) Help Desk, Printing Services, and ID-One Card Services programs. The Tiger Services Center is the hub of IT services and support, acting as problem solver for students, faculty members and staff; liaison between clients and various IT support units; facilitator of self-help IT user resources; and collaborator with all campus programs to enable clients to effectively use technology in their daily work.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience; 3 years prior experience in computer support and call center management; and prior experience in managing and supervising staff members or leading work teams required.
