Document Management SpecialistRegular full-time, 12-month positionSalary:  $70,600 - $80,500 Under the direction of the Director of Information Services, the Document Management Specialist works in a team environment, working closely with clients and the Information Systems team.  The Document Management Specialist is responsible for all aspects of system development, operations, maintenance and production processing for the document management system; applying expertise in document management and workflow design; investigating and analyzing the feasibility of program requirements and developing document management specifications; analyzes needs, assists with the design, writing and testing new document management and workflow solutions.  Utilizes a full range of programming and business intelligence actions to produce several interrelated, but different products from numerous and diverse data elements and solves complex system bridging problems between the College’s enterprise administrative information systems. Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent, at least three years of experience as a systems administrator for a Windows server running mission critical applications based upon Microsoft SQL Server; at least three years of experience managing a document management system; at least three years’ experience writing complex SQL procedures in support of a document management system; demonstrated ability to configure and maintain Microsoft SQL SERver in support of a critical production system; demonstrated ability to consult with staff to determine business requirements, functional requirements and input/output requirements.  Working knowledge of SharePoint, MS Word, Visio, OnBase document management software, SharePoint and Jenzabar CX preferred. Please submit a Pomona College application with a resume, to:  Pomona College, Attn:  Human Resources, 550 N.
