The IT Systems Analyst supports the transactional process and reporting functions of Finance and Human Resources by evaluating, analyzing, and maintaining the University’s Finance and Human Resources Systems (currently Oracle E-Business Suite), as well as other computer systems and products used to support Finance and Administration functions. This position is involved in cross-functional user support and training and serves as a technical liaison between the Office of Finance and Administration and Information Services for maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and system upgrades. Researches, prioritizes and follows-up on system related issues, projects and concerns. Collaborates with members of the Office of Finance and Administration to develop standardized, accurate and timely financial and operational reports.
