Macalester College is accepting applications for a Web Developer
position in the campus Web Services unit. The Web Developer will build
on the
existing web-based applications already in place to increase
interoperability, standards-compliance, and feature sets. The developer
will work closely with departments throughout campus to develop new
applications to meet demonstrated needs. The person in this position
will also work on priorities established by the campus Web Advisory
Committee to create more effective core web sites services such as

POSITION: Client Services Consultant
DEPARTMENT: Information Technology Services
PAY GRADE: Pay Grade 7
APPOINTMENT: Full-time, 12 months
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Client Services Consultant works directly with customers over the phone, via e-mail and in person to record and track problem reports coming into the ITS Help Desk. The CSC’s overall focus is delivering Help Desk client service as positively, effectively and promptly as possible.
