This position is responsible for managing all activities of user services and core technical services units of ITS. In this role, the Director will be the "face of ITS" to the user community and will be administratively responsible for the Helpdesk, Desktop Support, coordination of training, all central systems, and the networks.

- Manage the communication of all systems and network related information to the end users in a timely manner using clear and easily understandable language.

Provide direction, innovation, and leadership in the use of information technology by faculty in the sciences and mathematics.
